Terms of Service

1. Service

FastConnect sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for supported destinations. We provide the storefront, checkout, account access, eSIM delivery, support tools, and customer communication around those plans.

Plans are data-only unless a plan page clearly says otherwise. Voice calls, SMS, emergency calling, and local phone numbers are not included.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for confirming that your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchase.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access where we detect fraud, abuse, payment risk, sanctions risk, or use that could harm FastConnect, mobile networks, or other customers.

3. Orders, activation, and use

After payment succeeds, FastConnect gives you an eSIM profile and makes the QR code or activation details available in your account. Most orders are ready quickly, but mobile-network availability, automated checks, or upstream connectivity issues can delay delivery.

Plan validity usually starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the covered destination, not when you buy the plan or scan the QR code. Network coverage and speed depend on the local operator, location, device, congestion, and roaming settings.

4. Prices, payments, and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout and are charged by Stripe. Taxes, card fees, bank conversion fees, or issuer charges may apply depending on your payment method and location.

Refunds are handled case by case. A refund is normally available when an error prevents delivery or use of the purchased eSIM and support cannot resolve it. We do not guarantee refunds for incompatible locked devices, wrong destination purchases, exhausted data, expired validity, or user setup mistakes unless required by law.

5. Support and limitations

FastConnect support can help with installation, compatibility, order status, and troubleshooting. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific speed, or coverage in every building, route, vehicle, or remote area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses caused by connectivity issues, travel disruption, device configuration, network outages, or local operator behavior.
