Device compatibility
eSIM requires an unlocked phone with eSIM hardware. Most devices from 2020 onwards qualify.
Apple
- iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or newer
- iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular models with eSIM support
Android
- Samsung Galaxy S20, Note20, Z Fold, Z Flip, A54/A55, or newer
- Google Pixel 4 or newer; Pixel 3/3a only on supported regional or carrier models
- Most eSIM-compatible Android phones from 2020 or newer
Other
- Some Android tablets, cellular laptops, and travel devices support eSIM when they include LTE/5G cellular hardware.
- Windows PCs must show Cellular/eSIM settings and support QR code or activation-code profile install.
