1. Overview
FastConnect is an eSIM marketplace operated by Nanodata. This policy explains how FastConnect handles personal data when you browse the site, create an account, buy an eSIM, request support, or enable notifications.

2. Data we collect
Account data: email address, display name if you provide one, account identifiers, authentication state, language preference, and notification preferences.
Order and eSIM data: purchased destination, plan size and validity, order identifiers, payment status, eSIM lifecycle status, ICCID, activation details shown only to the account owner, usage counters, and provider status timestamps.
Payment data: payment status, amount, currency, Stripe identifiers, refund or dispute state, and fraud-prevention signals. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by FastConnect.
Support and security data: support requests, AI support quota metadata, hashed rate-limit buckets, IP-derived security signals, device/browser metadata, and server request metadata needed to operate and protect the service.
Notification data: browser push subscription endpoints and related keys if you opt in to plan lifecycle notifications.
3. How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, process payments, deliver eSIMs, show installation details, synchronize usage, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use activation codes, QR codes, or order details for advertising.
5. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Server-side secrets are not exposed to the browser or Android app.
We retain account, order, payment, and eSIM records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Some operational metadata may be retained even after account deletion where required for security, chargebacks, tax, or legal compliance.
6. Account deletion and user rights
You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing contact@nanodata.cloud from the email address on your FastConnect account. Include 'Account deletion' or 'Data request' in the subject.
When deletion is requested, FastConnect deletes or anonymizes account data where possible. We may retain limited order, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
7. Children
FastConnect is a travel connectivity service for general audiences and is not designed for children under 13. Users who cannot legally manage their own account or payment method should use the service with a parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will always be available at https://fast-connect.net/privacy.
